RENTAL POLICIES:

The driver has to be at least 25 years old. If the driver is between 21 and 24 years old, you must pay an additional rate for insurance. (contact us to check rate). The same applies for additonal drivers.

Present a passport or other valid identification and driver's license t rent the vehicle, it is necessary to have a credit card with an availability of the deductible plus the car rental (deductible varies depending on the vehicle). We accept American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Discover, and Visa.

Our insurance in mandatory (the cost of the insurance is included in the car value) and is subject to a deductible which depends on the category of the rented vehicle. This deductible es the limit amount for which the renter will be responsible in case of accident, theft, or total loss.

Minimum deposit is the estimated rental charges plus the insurance deductible depending on the vehicle's category.

Cancellation Policy: If the renter does not cancel his reservation 48 hours prior to pick-up, one day's rental penalty will apply. If you you want to return the car before the date you signed for in the contract, a penalty of 40% will be charged for the remaining days of the rental contract.

Our rates are daily, weekly, and monthly. Minimum rental time is two days (48 hours). If the vehicle is returned five hours after pick-up time, an extra day will be charged.

If renter wants to take the car out of the country (to El Salvador or Honduras) a letter of authorization to cross the border will be necessary with a cost of about US$20.00. When you travel to any of these countries you have to pay a territory extension insurance fee. Please contact us for current rates.

Legal and on the road assistance for the driver in case of accident or failure of the vehicle rented is included in our rates.
